The AWS competency programme is designed to showcase Amazon Partner Network members who have proven themselves as authorities in specific sectors of the AWS service offering. These Partners have demonstrated high levels of technical proficiency through successful customer use-cases in a specialised solution area.
The education competency requires a year spent consistently demonstrating technical expertise in the education field. In CirrusHQ’s case, their reference customers included institutes such as Avallain and Oxford University Press.
Prospective members must also demonstrate their ability to apply the five pillars of the AWS Well Architected Framework (performance efficiency, reliability, security, cost optimisation and operational excellence) to their technical deployments in the education sector.
